Our dance studio can be joined with the fully licensed bar to make a great venue for parties. Our maximum capacity is 100 people. Phoenix members only can hire the room FREE of charge. ( Excluding children’s parties).

The room is a popular venue for:-

• Children’s parties ( 2 hrs £50 )
• Special birthday celebrations – 18th, 21st, 40th, 50th etc.
• Engagements
• Anniversaries
• Wakes
• Business/Conference meetings
• NB. WE DO NOT CATER FOR  11 – 16 YR OLD PARTIES.

The charge for the room is £100. (free if we provide catering for over 50 guests)

We can provide catering or you are welcome to provide your own food.

The use of the kitchen has a further charge of £10.

A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking,  the balance must be paid in full one week before the event.

The dance studio is available for hire at a rate of £15 for the first hour then £10/hour thereafter.
