PROGRAMMES AND INDUCTIONS

AS A MEMBER OF THE GYM YOU WILL BE GIVEN A FULL INDUCTION ON JOINING.

This will include:-

  • completing a PAR Q medical form
  • full instruction on how to use our cardio vascular machines
  • full instruction on how to use our resistance machines and free weights
  • an initial programme if required, at a time convenient for you
  • a discussion on any personal fitness goals you have

PROGRAMMES AND REVIEWS

The gym is always staffed with qualified instructors who are available to provide

help and advice with all aspects of training.

We recommend that programmes are updated every 4 to 6 weeks, or earlier if required.

All the staff are fully qualified and approachable, which encourages hard work in a friendly environment.

If you require more advanced training on a one-to-one basis, we do have a personal training service available, but this is at an extra cost (see personal training and well being side bar).
